Artsy Crafty Weekend
'Been blogging less, making more... This is why:
The 10A Alabama Handmade Arts & Crafts Fair is this hidden gem of an art fair held on a weekend every few months in this space called the Resurrection Furniture and Found Objects Gallery in Q.C. This place is actually an ancestral house turned into a gallery/ furniture showroom, and, I am in love with this place. The vibe is creative, cozy, homey, rustic, whimsical, and unique all at once. Now, if I were to have my own house, it would be something like this.
Anyway, back to the fair. Here are some of the goods I offered ( most of which are still available :D )
Here are some (very few) shots I managed to snap during the fair:

Drawing faces
A little while ago, I was assigned to draw portraits of the six Honorary Inkies for the Ang I.N.K. history video presentation during last Saturday's orientation seminar for new Inkies (more about that later). Honorary inkies are "illustrators who have rendered outstanding
service without being affiliated to the organisation". The video was great, and it made me happier and prouder to have contributed. Plus, I got to draw faces again, which I haven't been able to do a lot lately. It was a win-win. ;D

Second row: Ibarra Crisostomo, Marcy Dans Lee
